Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical parts that have been installed or tested

  • Special order or custom-made parts

  • Items sold as “For parts” or “Junk”

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Compatibility Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.

We strongly recommend checking:

  • VIN number

  • Part number

  • Year / Model / Trim

Returns due to incompatibility will be accepted, but shipping costs and handling fees will not be refunded.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange replacement or refund after confirmation.


5. Import Duties & Taxes (DDP / DDU)

For DDU shipments:

  • Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties is not considered a valid reason for return.

For DDP shipments:

  • Duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.

  • If a package is refused, return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from the refund.


6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.
