Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

ご注文およびご入金確認後、通常【7営業日以内】に発送いたします。
土日祝日および当店休業日は発送業務を行っておりません。

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

商品は、当店指定の配送業者にて発送いたします。
配送方法は商品のサイズ・重量に応じて決定いたします。

We ship via designated carriers.
Shipping methods are selected based on item size and weight.

（例：日本郵便、ヤマト運輸など）

3. Shipping Fees

送料は各商品ページに記載しております。
一定金額以上のご購入で送料無料となる場合があります。

Shipping fees are listed on each product page.
Free shipping may apply for orders over a specified amount.

4. Delivery Time

国内配送：発送後通常1〜3日程度
海外配送：発送後通常5〜14日程度（地域により異なります）

Domestic shipping: usually 1–3 days after dispatch.
International shipping: typically 5–14 days depending on destination.

※天候、通関手続き、配送業者の事情により遅延する場合があります。
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

5. Tracking

追跡可能な配送方法の場合、発送後に追跡番号をお知らせいたします。
If tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after shipment.

6. International Shipping

海外配送の場合、関税・輸入税が発生する場合があります。
これらの費用は購入者様のご負担となります。

Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international shipments.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

通関遅延や現地事情による配送遅延について、当店では責任を負いかねます。
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local conditions.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

住所不備や長期不在等により返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様負担となります。

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
