本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、NAS（以下「当店」）が提供する商品販売サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of products and services provided by NAS ("we", "our store").

第1条（適用）

本規約は、当店が運営するウェブサイトおよび販売プラットフォームを通じて提供するサービスに適用されます。

第2条（売買契約の成立）

お客様が注文を確定し、当店が注文を承諾した時点で売買契約が成立します。

在庫状況ややむを得ない事情により、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

第4条（配送）

ご入金確認後、通常7営業日以内に発送いたします。
Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

天候、配送会社の事情等により配送が遅延する場合があります。
Delivery may be delayed due to weather or carrier circumstances.

海外配送の場合、関税・輸入税が発生する場合があります。

第5条（返品・交換）

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。

商品に不備があった場合は、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。

第6条（商品の特性について）

雑貨商品は製造工程上、色味やサイズに個体差がある場合がございます。

第7条（禁止事項）
